What happens in a guided session

Set the frame
The facilitator introduces the scenario, the purpose of the session, and the kind of judgment participants will practise.
Participants are not asked to guess the correct answer. They are asked to work through uncertainty, pressure, evidence, interpretation, and consequence.

Work through decisions
The group reads the situation, discusses the available options, and decides how to respond.
The facilitator helps participants slow down, separate evidence from interpretation, identify assumptions, and consider the risks created by each choice.

Debrief the Decision Profile
At the end, the group reflects on the Decision Profile and what the route revealed about judgment, communication, caution, escalation, source handling, and uncertainty.
